Store Manager

Stalks N Spice is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers who love premium spices and food products.

Job Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations including opening, closing, and staff scheduling.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse, and minimize shrinkage.
• Sales Performance: Drive sales targets and implement promotional strategies.
• Customer Experience: Ensure customers receive knowledgeable guidance on spices and food products.
• Compliance: Maintain food safety standards and store cleanliness protocols.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Retail Management, Business, or related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in food/grocery sector.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food Knowledge: Passion for food, spices, and culinary products is a plus.
