Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Trainer to enhance store performance through structured training

programs and on-ground coaching. This role involves continuous travel across all stores to assess

team performance, address skill gaps, and ensure consistent service excellence through effective

training and reporting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, presentation preparation, and

professional email communication, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills,

is required.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • New Store onboarding
  • Ensure employees are well-versed in daily store operations.
  • Demonstrate customer interaction, product recommendations, and effectives sales

techniques in a high-end retail environment.

  • Teach the perfume consultant the art of scent consultation, upselling, cross selling and

creating a personalized purchase experience that aligns with the nature of the brand.

  • Store Visits & Evaluations
  • Prepare weekly visit plans and realising it.
  • Make regular store visits to observe, coach, and support frontline staff as per visit

plan and visit checklist.

  • Evaluate staff performance and identify skill gaps through live interactions or

assessments.

  • Provide feedback to Store Managers and report improvements or issues to the

Training Head and ASM’s.

  • Critical Store Training
  • Conduct weekly/monthly calls with ASM’sto identify critical stores.
  • Identify underperforming storesthrough sales data and ASM Feedback.
  • Create and execute targeted training plans to address specific performance issues –

store orstaff.

  • Track post-training improvements and report progress training head and ASM’s.
  • Daily Activity & Reporting
  • Maintain daily training activity logs, including sessions conducted, topics covered.
  • Submit end-of-day and weekly reportsto the Head of Training.
