Job Description
Responsibility:
• Single point of contact for all leasing related queries for Hidesign retail.
• Develop new points of sale. Negotiate all terms for new as well as renewals of existing properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail leasing partners.
• Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of lease agreements • Oversee all legal documents and paperwork related to retail properties, with an assistant.
• Research, identify the locations and propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English language.
• Ability to communicate effectively and excellent negotiation skills.
