Job Summary

The Retail Executive will support seamless store operations, ensure strong customer experience, maintain product displays, and assist in overall retail administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory records including inward/outward entries, tagging, stock updates, and coordination with the warehouse team.
• Assist in preparing product displays, installations, and layout arrangements.
• Coordinate with the central retail team for product requirements, VM updates, and operational needs.
• Handle store documentation, data entry, and reporting (visitor logs, stock status, maintenance records).
• Support in executing in-store events, workshops, and collaborations.
• Monitor store maintenance needs and coordinate with relevant vendors for timely fixes.
• Assist in sample management, packaging, and product movement for shoots or client selections.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or customer experience roles preferred.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation processes.
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work on weekends and peak store timings.
