The Role
As an Account Executive at Weekday, you’ll own relationships with a portfolio of client companies. You’ll act as their trusted partner in recruiting, leveraging our products and data to build candidate pipelines, keep hiring processes on track, and ultimately deliver hires. This is a revenue-generating role where your success is directly tied to client outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end relationships with client founders and hiring managers.
Understand hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
Use Weekday’s tools to identify, engage, and qualify top candidates.
Run weekly check-ins with clients to share progress and refine hiring priorities.
Track candidates through the interview funnel, remove blockers, and ensure smooth progression.
Own revenue targets for your client portfolio.
Your First 90 Days
Month 1: Learn the product and process while shadowing a senior AE. Support them by sourcing candidates and joining client calls.
Months 2 onwards: Take full ownership of your own accounts. Lead client conversations, manage hiring pipelines, and drive revenue.
What We’re Looking For
Strong sense of ownership and accountability — you’ll be running client accounts end-to-end.
Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and proactive with both clients and candidates.
Ability to prioritize, stay focused, and execute without hand-holding.
Prior experience in sales, account management, or recruiting is a plus (but not mandatory).
