About FirstDine

FirstDine is a food-tech startup based in Kochi that helps customers pre-order food and book tables at restaurants to avoid waiting time.

We help restaurants get predictable dine-in customers and better table utilisation.

We are in our early builder stage and on boarding our first set of partner restaurants.

Who we are looking for-

Someone from the hotel / restaurant / F&B industry who understands how restaurants actually work.

If you have worked as:

• Restaurant Manager
• F&B Supervisor
• Hotel Management graduate
• Restaurant operations staff
• POS/vendor sales or on boarding executive

You will likely be a strong fit.

Your role (what you will actually do)-

• Visit restaurants across Kochi daily
• Pitch FirstDine and close partnerships
• Onboard restaurants to our web app
• Train staff
• Build relationships with owners/managers
• Solve partner issues quickly
• Achieve weekly on boarding targets

This is a field-heavy, execution role, not a desk job.

What we expect-

• Strong communication (Malayalam + English)
• Comfortable with field work and meeting owners
• Confident, persuasive personality
• Self-driven and accountable
• Willing to work in an early-stage startup environment

Compensation-

We want to be completely honest.

• No fixed salary initially
• No equity initially
• Performance-based incentives/commission per restaurant
• Salary/equity introduced as revenue grows and based on performance

This role suits someone who wants experience + growth + upside, not immediate stability.

If you prefer a guaranteed monthly salary, this may not be the right fit.
