Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily

operations of the restaurant, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business

performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service

Manage and train staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring

Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally

Monitor inventory, supplies, and coordinate with vendors

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Track sales, manage budgets, and work towards revenue targets

Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Good understanding of restaurant operations, F&B management, and customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing high-footfall or premium restaurants

Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management tools
