✨ Your Role:

• Develop and execute category marketing plans for South India.
• Support batch launches, offline centers, and key category initiatives.
• Conduct market research on academic patterns, consumer behavior & competition.
• Localize messaging and campaigns for South Indian audiences.
• Plan & execute digital campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube) and hyperlocal activations.
• Collaborate with influencers, offline partners & internal teams (Sales, Product, Creative, Ops).
• Track marketing performance metrics — leads, conversions, CAC, and ROI.

✅ Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, category management, or regional marketing.
• Fluency in one South Indian language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of South Indian markets & audience behavior.
• Hands-on experience in digital + offline campaign execution.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in EdTech or consumer-tech is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across southern regions for events and market visits.
