Resident Construction Manager

The ideal candidate for this position is "Resident Construction Manager" with minimum 15 years of on-site Construction Experience based at our Sites(Pan India) to join our dynamic team to work on leading multi- disciplinary construction teams. Candidate should have handled Oil & Gas customers.

Responsibilities

1. Ability to coordinate with internal teams like engineering, planning, contracts, controlling and sub-contractors and other required disciplines
2. Should be able to lead large teams
3. Should be conversant with various disciplines of the project
4. Technical Aptitude / Ability to guide the team
5. Fully Conversant with Project Schedules / look ahead schedules
6. Awareness of Contractual terms and claims management
7. Should be able to assess technical requirements to deliver as per drawings at site
8. Ability to meet – Safety / Quality / Cost
9. Budgeting – Control & monitoring
10. Language Skills / Communication / Local Language
11. Billing & Collection
12. Resource mobilization / Team building
13. Willingness to work in flexible schedules
14. Liasoning / Relationship Management
15. MIS / Reporting
16. Ability to Expedite / go getter attitude

Qualifications

• Diploma / Graduate engineer from a AICTE recognized institution
• Minimum 15 years of on-site Construction Experience
• Sound Knowledge of relevant engineering discipline and experience in leading multi- disciplinary construction teams in municipal and industrial construction projects
• Should have completed at least 2 full cycle of construction projects
