Qualification: M.Sc. microbiology/ M.Sc. Biotechnology/ B. Tech Biotechnology/M. Tech Biotechnology.

Experience: 3 to 5 years in relevant field.

Position: Research Scientist

Industries type: Agriculture Biological (Biofertilizer & Biopesticide) formulation.

Location: Nathupur, Sonipat (HR)

Job Skill: Knowledge to develop mycorrhiza by ROC method

• Knowledge about complete process of Mycorrhiza development by ROC method
• Basic knowledge of tissue culture & propagation.
• Preparation of growth promotion media for microbes and tissue culture
• Isolation, identification & purification of beneficial microbes from soil & other sources
• Maintain of pH, check contamination of culture media and broth at FCO parameter
• Preparation of inoculums & testing of inoculums at FCO parameter
• Knowledge about CIP & SIP of fermenter
• Handling of fermenter at lab scale & large scale
• Knowledge of bacteria & fungi fermentation by Batch fermentation & SSF
• Knowledge must formulate biofertilizer & Biopesticide in granules, powder, liquid & other carries based
• Analysis of raw materials, finished products at FCO parameter
• Handling of Instruments like Autoclave, LAF, Microscope, Centrifuge, pH meter, UV double beam Spectro photo meter & Digital moisture analyzer etc.
