Research Associate - R&D

Job Description

Carry out assigned research activities in compliance with GLP, safety, and departmental procedures; maintain accurate experimental records, analyze process data, support process scale-up and technology transfer, operate laboratory instruments effectively, and train team members as required.

• To perform the jobs allocated by the Research Scientist.
• To follow the systems of the department meticulously and to observe discipline and safety while working.
• To complete the given jobs in the stipulated timelines.
• Adherence strictly to GLP compliance
• Keeping the record of experiments for data generation during processing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure scale-up by time to time active participation in technology transfer of developed process
• Interpretation of the data in order to understand the process challenges
• Use and maintain all the instruments effectively related to process.
• Train the existing and new team members in specific areas
