Twentify (www.twentify.com), a mobile crowdsourcing platform that connects businesses to smartphone users for the purpose of outsourcing field tasks (market research, product reviews, user feedback, etc.) Using Twentify's mobile consumer panel, brands can learn their target audience's behaviour and thoughts, and receive feedback on their products, marketing and brand initiatives.

WCS India has partnered with Twentify for market research in India using Twentify’s market leading technology.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end primary research engagements for global clients, including kick-off calls, questionnaire design, and project delivery
  • Moderate in-depth interviews (IDIs) and CATIs with senior industry stakeholders (CXOs, Directors, VPs)
  • Coordinate expert scheduling and onboarding to ensure high on-time delivery rates
  • Develop market intelligence reports covering market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis
  • Validate research findings using databases and public sources to deliver client-ready insights
  • Maintain and improve internal research workflows and knowledge repositories using GenAI tools
  • 8+ years in market/primary research, research associate, or related roles
Required Skills
  • Technical: MS Excel (Advanced), MS PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, E-Tabs, Generative AI tools
  • Core Competencies: Primary Research (IDIs/CATIs), Market Intelligence & Sizing, Competitive Benchmarking, Data Visualization, Report Creation, Qualitative Research Methodology
