Using platforms such as brainstorming sessions, roundtables, and workshops, SRGF engages with various perspectives to develop strategies aimed at driving meaningful change for society.

Role Description

The Research Associate Intern will assist with the development and delivery of research projects encompassing policy analysis, capacity building, and social impact initiatives. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, preparing detailed reports, conducting stakeholder interviews, and assisting in organizing seminars, workshops, and brainstorming sessions. The intern will also contribute to developing innovative strategies and recommendations on critical issues. This is an on-site internship based in Delhi .

Qualifications

• Strong research, data analysis, and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing and report preparation
• Proficiency in collaborative tools and approaches for conducting qualitative and quantitative research
• Event organization and coordination experience, including workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Ability to work effectively in a team and engage with diverse stakeholders
• Interest in policy research, social impact, and capacity building is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools is a plus
