This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Engineer specializing in Power Electronics, located in Noida. The Research and Development Engineer will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and testing power electronic systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards. The role involves conducting research, developing innovative solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing designs for performance, and supporting product development lifecycle activities.

• Strong expertise in Power Electronics, including experience in design, simulation, and analysis of circuits and systems.
• Proficiency in Simulation Tools such as MATLAB, PSIM, or PSpice for the analysis of designs and conceptualizations.
• Knowledge of Embedded Systems related to power electronics, including firmware development and microcontroller programming.
• Experience with Circuit Design, Testing, and Prototyping of power converters, inverters, and motor drives.
• Understanding of industry standards and safety protocols for power electronics systems.
• Problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to work in cross-disciplinary engineering environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to document designs and communicate project updates effectively.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field. Doctorate in a related domain is a plus.
• Experience with renewable energy systems or electric vehicles will be considered an advantage.
