Research Analyst – Technical Writer

We’re looking for a Research Analyst - Technical Content Writer who’s more than just a writer — someone who codes, researches, analyses trends, and can turn insights into working internal tools. This is a Onsite Role combining deep technical knowledge, content creation, and applied development in areas like cloud automation and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create clear, engaging, and technically accurate content for internal and external use — blogs, documentation, product guides, research reports.
• Work hands-on with Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++ to build demo tools, scripts, and proof-of-concepts for internal learning and communication.
• Perform competitive analysis and market research to stay updated on tech trends and industry movements.
• Use insights from research to propose and build internal tools, like cloud automation scripts and AI-powered assistants.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in technical content writing or developer documentation.
• Strong coding ability in Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++ (at least one language required).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and hands-on with any AI/ML libraries/tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Self-driven with a research-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable juggling both writing and technical prototyping tasks..
