Research Analyst

We’re looking for a Research Analyst who can go beyond surface-level data and actually uncover what matters.

This role is about connecting dots — across companies, talent markets, industries, and trends — and turning that into insights that teams can act on. You won’t just collect information; you’ll make it usable.

What You’ll Own

• Conduct in-depth research across companies, talent markets, and industry ecosystems
• Map competitors, talent movements, and hiring trends with clarity
• Gather data from multiple sources and convert it into meaningful insights
• Build structured reports, briefs, and intelligence notes for internal teams and clients
• Support hiring and business teams with targeted research inputs
• Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis
• Maintain and continuously improve research frameworks and databases
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand what needs to be solved through research

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in research, market intelligence, or analytics roles
• Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear research paths
• Attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with data, reports, and multiple information sources
• Curiosity-driven mindset — you don’t stop at the first answer
