Role Overview

We are looking for a Research & Mapping Analyst to support our recruitment team by building high-quality talent pipelines across global quant markets.

This is a non-sales, non-calling role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, technology, and research to uncover top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market mapping across hedge funds, quant firms, and trading companies
• Identify and track top talent using platforms like LinkedIn and internal databases
• Build and maintain structured talent pipelines for ongoing and future mandates
• Use data-driven techniques to analyze talent pools, competitors, and hiring trends
• Maintain accurate and clean data within internal systems/CRM
• Support recruiters with shortlists and insights for active roles

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong interest in quant finance, technology, or data-driven environments
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with large datasets, spreadsheets, and sourcing tools
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Tech-savvy (experience with Boolean search, sourcing tools, or automation is a plus)
