Job Description

An employer is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst who can leverage AI tools to speed up development by automating repetitive tasks, improving requirements gathering, and enhancing

collaboration between business and engineering teams. Be able to generate user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and functional specifications from high-level business requirements. Assist software engineers by providing examples or pseudo-code in stories for GitHub Copilot to interpret.

• Participate in agile team ceremonies (refinement, standups, retros, etc.).
• Leverage AI assisted coding and diagnostic tools.

Skills And Requirements

7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst

Experience leveraging AI tools to speed up development by automating repetitive tasks, improving requirements gathering, and enhancing collaboration between business and engineering teams.

Experience generating user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and functional specifications from high-level business requirements

Experience in agile team ceremonies (refinement, standups, retros, etc.).

Banking industry experience
