Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Officer located in Kozhikode. The Relationship Officer will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting with financial needs, and driving sales to meet business objectives. Daily tasks include customer engagement, identifying opportunities for cross-selling banking products, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while adhering to organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Relationship Management and Sales to foster strong client connections and meet revenue goals
• Knowledge of Finance and related practices to support clients with financial solutions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and assist clients
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage time efficiently
• Prior banking or financial services experience is an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the Kozhikode market is a plus
