Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Officer role based in Gurugram. The Relationship Officer will manage and grow a portfolio of clients by understanding their financial and service needs, providing appropriate product information, and ensuring timely follow-up. Daily responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with clients, resolving service-related queries, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requests, and supporting sales initiatives. The role involves identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, preparing basic reports on client interactions and performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Relationship Officer will also participate in local marketing or outreach activities to strengthen client engagement and brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Relationship Management skills to build, manage, and retain long-term client relationships.
  • Foundational understanding of Finance to discuss products, services, and basic financial concepts with clients.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
  • Sales skills to identify opportunities, pitch relevant offerings, and support achievement of revenue targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
  • Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment in Gurugram; ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools) and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
