Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer at BOI Services Limited, located in Lucknow. The Relationship Officer will manage and strengthen relationships with prospective and current clients, support financial consultations, process retail loan applications, and identify and convert business opportunities. The individual will also focus on delivering excellent customer service, conducting sales-related activities, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients for their financial needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Sales for identifying and expanding business opportunities
• Strong foundation in Finance with the ability to assess and process retail loan applications
• Exceptional Communication skills for client consultations and professional relationship building
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to address client needs and foster satisfaction
• Experience in Sales and the ability to meet targets effectively
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
