We’re Hiring | Relationship Officer & Relationship Manager (Sales)

We are currently looking to hire Relationship Officers (RO) and Relationship Managers (RM) for the sales team at Aham Housing Finance.

Role Description

• Generate leads through field activities and contact points
• Build and manage relationships with customers and channel partners
• Understand customer requirements and guide them through suitable loan products
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, processing, and disbursement
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Qualifications

• Freshers / Experienced candidates in sales (NBFC, Banking, Insurance preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in field sales
• Basic understanding of financial products is an added advantage
• Strong competencies in Business Relationship Management and Sales for identifying opportunities and developing customer relations
• Understanding of Finance, including home loan processes and lending practices
• Proficiency in regional languages is beneficial for local customer engagement
