Designation: Relationship Manager

Location: Indore

Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate

Key Responsibilities:

1. To achieve budgeted targets in terms of number of clients/volume of business & assets
2. To understand clients needs & requirements and accordingly position products & services
3. To contact clients periodically and determine if they are satisfied with the service and returns generated.
4. Responsible for activities regarding sales, marketing, client relationship management, and maximizing revenue.
5. To follow-up with non-trading customers and activate them to generate revenue

Required Skills:

1. Should have good communication & inter-personal skills
2. Customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional service.
3. Should have experience with broking industry
4. Should have good understanding of Financial Market
