Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Chidambaram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities, assisting clients with housing loan processes, and ensuring timely completion of documentation and loan disbursement. The role also includes handling client queries, providing financial advice, and meeting the company's business objectives through excellent customer service and effective communication.

Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Communication Skills
- Sales and Negotiation Skills, with the ability to identify and convert leads
- Knowledge of Housing Finance products and loan processing
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in housing finance or banking is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
