Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified professional to join our organization in the role outlined below. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our mission while developing your skills in a collaborative environment.

  • Achieving sales targets through direct efforts and by identifying sales opportunities for the CASA products by acquiring New to bank customers and building new relationships
  • Achieving acquisition and deepening value targets
  • Sourcing various liabilities products such as RD, TD MF, LI etc
  • Deepen and grow the balances of mapped book to increase total relationship value (TRV).
  • Develop strong and sustainable customer relationships and increase product per customer.
  • Be the first point of contact for mapped customers for all their banking needs.
  • Meaningful engagement with mapped book customers for Digital channel adoption.
  • Generate & Maintain database of HNI customers.
  • Cross-sell retail, other banking and TPP products to mapped and other customers.
  • Compliance of Regulations and Process Adherence
