Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South for a Relationship Manager – Field Sales. In this role, you will develop relationships with agents and real estate developers, onboard new clients, and act as an expert advisor, assisting them in understanding and utilizing Ambak’s home loan platform. You will engage with clients in person to ensure optimal participation, provide support for loan processes, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. The role also involves achieving sales targets and identifying new business opportunities to contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship-building and customer interaction
- Sales and negotiation experience, with the ability to create tailored solutions for diverse client needs
- Capability in financial products, preferably within the home loan or real estate industry
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address client issues and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in leveraging digital tools or platforms as part of the sales process
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in field sales or financial services will be an advantage
