We are looking for Relationship Managers to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers. We expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred candidates from : Wealth Management / Banking / Insurance / BFSI Distribution

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience : 5 to 7 years in Sales in Banking & Financial Services

CTC : As per market standards.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

· Acquiring new customers through referrals, organizing events & presentations and leads

· Maintaining existing client relationships and growing AUM through active portfolio management, asset allocation and financial / retirement solutions

· Advising clients on their investment needs and risk coverage

· Keep abreast of the current financial and market trends and continuously engage with clients on market developments

REQUIREMENTS:-

· Experience in handling wealth products is a must

· Candidates from distribution too can apply

· Problem-solving attitude

· Excellent communication skills

· Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

· Teamwork and leadership skills

· Customer-oriented mindset

· Graduation is a must

· NISM VA & IRDA Certification preferred

· Preferably from Bangalore
