Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager based in Nalgonda. In this role, you will nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, guide them through the education loan process, and address their queries effectively. You will assess clients' financial needs, evaluate loan applications, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely loan disbursal. Additionally, you will work on achieving set sales targets, building brand credibility within the community, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Analytical skills and knowledge of financial products, with an aptitude for assessing loan eligibility and documentation.
- Sales and negotiation expertise, with experience in achieving performance targets.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Prior experience in consumer finance or banking is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
