You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Human Capital Management, Information Systems, or related
• 16 years of experience in Oracle HCM consulting
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
