Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager – Branch Banking based in Nagpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail banking customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business growth. Key responsibilities include acquiring new customers, retaining existing clients, cross-selling bank products, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Additionally, the incumbent will engage in account management and work closely with teammates to achieve branch targets.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in customer service, banking operations, and cross-selling bank products
- Proven ability in sales and target achievement
- Experience in customer acquisition and account management within the banking sector or financial services
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and banking processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience in branch banking or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous
