Role Description

We are seeking a Jewelry Sales Staff member for a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The role involves assisting customers with personalized jewelry recommendations, providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and maintaining the boutique's visual appeal. Other responsibilities include inventory management, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience to build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of jewelry trends, materials, and design
• Experience in sales and consultative selling techniques
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality service
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and sales software is an advantage
• Prior experience in the jewelry or retail industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to sales or jewelry are a plus
• 1-5 YEAR EXPERIENCED
