Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager Agency role based in Panaji. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance agency partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, and providing consistent support to help them achieve sales objectives. The role includes monitoring agency performance, identifying growth opportunities, providing training, and ensuring timely resolution of partner concerns while promoting HDFC ERGO’s insurance products.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Relationship Management and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to mentor and train agency partners to achieve their sales targets
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of general insurance products (e.g., motor, health, or travel)
• Strong analytical skills to track partner performance and identify business growth opportunities
• Proficiency in sales and business development strategies
• Ability to work independently in an on-site role
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry and agency management is preferred
