Job Summary

We are hiring a Smart and Proactive Relationship Manager who will be based in Bhubaneswar and travel across Odisha to maintain strong relationships with Government and Private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and build strong relationships with Government and Private sector clients across Odisha.
  
• Share company brochures, product details, and service offerings during client visits.
  
• Follow up professionally to ensure timely recovery of dues/outstanding payments.
  
• Understand client queries and provide suitable support.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast resolution of client issues.
  
• Maintain proper reports of client visits, payment follow-ups, and service feedback.
  
• Work towards client satisfaction, retention, and new business opportunities through relationships building.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Any Stream or Diploma/B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical Preferred).
  
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
  
• Smart, Confident, and Presentable Personality.
  
• Quick thinker with strong customer-handling and problem-solving ability.
  
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  
• Must be comfortable with travel across Odisha for client visits.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
