ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A) Strategic:
Sell Out Strategy
Present Channel wise Sell Out Strategies - Basis current & Targeted share in channels
Joint Sell out Plans with NMT & RMT
Make Sell out plans basis Monthly Sell in plan with NKAM/RKAM - Drive sellout through ISP & Non-ISP Stores to ensure reduction in EOL & drive focus SKUs
Drive GT & AF Tertiary with BICs/CHs
Design regionally Cost-effective ways in GT & AF to drive sell out - ISP, shared ISP, DTS, Mobile ISP & track Tertiary vs Secondary
ISP Deployment
Deploying Right ISP at Potential stores & timely shuffling to drive business growth
Maintain ISP On Roll to Module
Monitor Count of ISPs basis Module & complete hiring of relevant ISPs through V5
Cost provisioning
Manage Regional Budgets for Sell out - (ISP, DTS & REO) to ensure maximum Revenue growth & ROI
Competition Benchmarking
Track & Monitor Competitor Activities & Share insights to cut losses
Data Analytics & Insights
Monitor Daily/Weekly trends to identify gaps & opportunities - Corrective action basis the same
Team leadership
Lead & Mentor on field team on Product Knowledge & Execution
B) OPERATIONAL
Maintain ISP On Roll to Module
Complete ISP Life Cycle - Hiring, Training, Daily Attendance, Grooming, Sales, Monthly Salary & Incentives Payout, Increments, Exit Formalities
Grooming & Training
Ensure ISPs are well groomed & trained at the shopfloor (Through REOs & training team)
Competition Benchmarking
Share Competition ISP Count, Salary, Incentives with Region & Ho team
Drive Backend Efficiency
Ensure ISP attendance & Sales are punched timely, check Incentive working
