Overview
Bradburys Group is seeking to appoint an experienced Regional Security Operations Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight across South Asia. The successful candidate will support the delivery of security and risk management services throughout the region, while maintaining existing client and supplier relationships, developing new partnerships, upholding the highest standards of governance and identifying opportunities for sustainable business growth.
This is not a traditional full-time employed position. It is a senior ad hoc, non-exclusive appointment, offering experienced professionals the opportunity to represent Bradburys Group on an as-required basis. Engagement will vary depending on operational activity, client requirements and business opportunities.
The Role
As Regional Security Operations Manager, you will become Bradburys Group’s senior security operations representative throughout South Asia. Working closely with senior leadership, you will support Country Managers and operational teams, coordinating security operations and overseeing the successful delivery of client instructions from initial enquiry and client engagement through operational planning, mobilisation, service delivery and ongoing client care.
This appointment requires an established security or risk management professional with a strong regional reputation, exceptional judgement and the ability to build trusted relationships with multinational organisations, government agencies, family offices, private clients and senior corporate decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide leadership, governance and operational oversight throughout South Asia, including:
The successful candidate will be a recognised security or risk management professional with the credibility, operational experience and commercial awareness to represent Bradburys Group throughout South Asia.
You will be comfortable operating independently, engaging directly with clients, understanding their requirements and translating those requirements into practical operational plans. This will include liaising with client representatives, security teams, local providers, consultants, drivers, protection personnel, investigators, intelligence sources and other approved resources as required.
The role requires someone who can lead complex security and risk management tasks, coordinate activity across multiple countries, manage local teams during live assignments and maintain clear communication with Bradburys Group leadership. You will be expected to provide timely updates, identify risks or operational challenges, escalate sensitive issues where necessary and ensure that all work is delivered professionally, discreetly and in line with Bradburys Group standards.
Throughout each assignment, you will maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and judgement, representing Bradburys Group with clients, partners and local stakeholders across South Asia.
Working Arrangement
This is a flexible, non-exclusive appointment designed for experienced professionals with an established career or consultancy.
The Successful Candidate Will Be Expected To
The remuneration structure reflects the seniority, regional responsibility and flexible nature of this appointment.
Compensation will be agreed with the successful candidate based on experience, regional expertise and anticipated level of engagement.

- Acting as Bradburys Group’s senior security operations representative across the region
- Providing strategic leadership and oversight of regional security operations and client engagements
- Supporting coordinating Country Managers and operational teams
- Managing client instructions from initial enquiry through to operational delivery and ongoing client support
- Ensuring operational consistency across all countries within the region
- Leading the mobilisation and coordination of multi-country security projects and operational deployments
- Acting as the regional escalation point for significant operational issues, critical incidents and crisis situations
- Ensuring all projects are delivered in accordance with company procedures, contractual obligations and international best practice
- Monitoring operational performance, quality assurance, governance, compliance and risk management
- Monitoring geopolitical, security and regulatory developments that may affect clients or regional operations
- Supporting crisis management, business continuity and resilience planning where required
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, government agencies, strategic partners and other key stakeholders
- Supporting business development activities, proposals and strategic growth initiatives throughout the region
- Identifying opportunities to expand Bradburys Group’s presence and service offering across South Asia
- Promoting collaboration, operational resilience and knowledge sharing throughout the regional network
- Representing Bradburys Group at executive meetings, conferences, client engagements and industry events
- Significant senior leadership experience within security, intelligence, investigations, crisis management, defence, law enforcement, corporate security or enterprise risk management
- Proven experience managing complex security operations across multiple South Asian jurisdictions
- Extensive understanding of the geopolitical, legal, regulatory and security landscape across South Asia
- An established professional network across South Asia
- Experience supporting multinational organisations, family offices and high-profile private clients
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Excellent decision-making capability in dynamic and time-sensitive environments
- Fluency in English
- The ability to undertake regular international travel throughout South Asia, often at short notice
