Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations in the designated region, specifically in Tijara. This is a full-time on-site role. Daily activities include managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, building and nurturing client relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Market Analysis
- Proven experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Marketing Campaigns and Negotiation techniques
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Relevant experience in the healthcare or related industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
