Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across the assigned region by leading new client acquisition, expanding market presence, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership, networking, and B2B sales experience in the facility management or real estate services domain.

(Candidate from service industry i.e Facility, Security, Hotel Logistic will be preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities within the region across industries (corporate offices, IT parks, manufacturing, hospitals, retail, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially with key decision-makers (CXOs, Admin Heads, Facility Directors).
  • Collaborate with operations, technical, and finance teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
  • Track regional market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain full compliance with internal processes, pricing guidelines, and contract standards.
