Role Description
This full-time hybrid role is based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining client relationships in your assigned geographical region. Your daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing tailored solutions for customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, offer product training, and gather market insights to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong experience in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills
- Knowledge in Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning
- Proficiency in Product Training, Solution Selling, and Value-Based Selling
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and excel in hybrid work environments
- Prior experience in the lighting or smart solutions industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
