Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at our Noida location. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing regional sales operations, driving sales strategies, developing strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and exploring new market opportunities. Additional duties include overseeing the sales team, conducting market analysis, and ensuring alignment with company goals to enhance performance and expand market presence.


Qualifications

  • Strong experience in sales management, including developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Expertise in client relationship management and the ability to build and nurture a customer base
  • Familiarity with market analysis and handling regional business operations
  • Proficiency in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve performance goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of industrial and plumbing valves or related products, with technical acumen as an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Prior experience in industrial sales or a related sector is highly desirable
