Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager in UP, BIHAR, WEST BENGAL, RAJASTHAN, TAMILNADU, JHARKAND. The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales initiatives, manage regional sales teams, and develop business strategies to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with distributors and clients, providing sales forecasts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires working closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align regional sales objectives with company goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Proficiency in market analysis, client relationship management, and account management
  • Leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable sales strategies
  • Knowledge of automotive and energy storage battery markets is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
