Role Description

This full-time hybrid role as a Regional Sales Manager is based in Noida and offers a blend of on-site and remote work flexibility. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region, building and maintaining key client relationships, developing and managing the sales team. Key functions include identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, preparing sales forecasts, and meeting revenue targets. This role also involves collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and represent the company at events and client meetings.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Account Management within electrical or engineering sectors
  • Strong ability in Market Analysis, Business Development, and formulating Sales Strategies
  • Excellent Client Relationship Management skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
  • Outstanding Communication, Presentation, and Persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with Electrical Engineering solutions, Turnkey Projects, and related technical products
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Willingness to travel as required
