This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Abroad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing regional sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and building relationships with clients. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, leading a regional sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to meet organizational goals is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Experience with Market Analysis and identifying business growth opportunities
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other business reporting software
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in the immigration or consulting industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
