Regional Sales Head - Printing Chemicals

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Head specializing in printing chemicals. The responsibilities include managing regional sales operations, developing and maintaining key client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, leading a team of sales professionals, and formulating strategies to achieve sales targets. The role also involves conducting market analysis, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s revenue and business development goals within the printing chemicals industry.

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Expertise in Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficient in Team Management to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team effectively
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, analyze market trends, and develop actionable strategies
• Solid understanding of the printing chemicals or related industries is a significant advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
