Regional Manager French West Africa

The Regional Manager will oversee operations, sales, and marketing efforts within the assigned region to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities include managing regional teams, formulating and implementing strategic plans, analyzing sales performance data, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

• Leadership, team management, and ability to mentor and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong sales and marketing skills, including setting sales strategies and achieving regional targets.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation, performance tracking, and decision-making.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in planning, organizing regional operations, and collaborating with cross-functional divisions.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Pharmacy, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Availability for travel within the region as required.
