We are building a strong network of doctors, healthcare providers, and last-mile access points to ensure that quality medical services reach underserved populations in Tier 3 cities and rural areas.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Regional Head to lead operations, partnerships, and expansion across the Gwalior region. The candidate will be responsible for driving clinic network expansion, doctor onboarding, institutional tie-ups, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

 Business Expansion

• Identify and onboard pharmacy partners for MedyAarogya clinics
• Drive expansion of rural teleconsultation centers
• Execute district-level rollout strategies

 Partnerships & Alliances

• Build relationships with:
• Hospitals & medical colleges
• Doctors (for consortium model)
• Government & CSR stakeholders

Doctor Network Development

• Onboard specialists into Medyseva’s ecosystem
• Strengthen OPD → IPD conversion pipeline

Operations & Revenue

• Ensure monthly consultation targets per clinic
• Monitor performance metrics across centers
• Drive revenue via consultations, IPD referrals, diagnostics

Marketing & Ground Activation

• Execute local campaigns:
• Field activations
• Awareness drives
• Community outreach

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in:
• Healthcare / Pharma / Hospital Ops / Startup Growth
• Strong local network in Gwalior & nearby districts
• Experience in B2B partnerships & field operations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with execution focus

Preferred Background

• MBA (Healthcare / Marketing / Operations preferred)
• Experience in health-tech / rural healthcare is a strong plus
