Job Description

Dear Candidates,

We have an urgent opening for Regional Business Head.

Working days: 6 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Office time: 9:30 to 6:30 pm

Interview process: 3 - 4 rounds; initial rounds via VC and final round F2F

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead business growth and partnerships in the region. The role involves building strong relationships with corporates, banks, NBFCs, and investors while driving revenue and expanding our network.

You will also be responsible for building a strong deal pipeline, managing regional performance, and supporting the execution of corporate finance transactions.

Location

Mumbai / Chandigarh / Bengaluru / Hyderabad

Experience

10+ years of experience in:

  • Corporate Banking
  • Corporate Finance
  • NBFCs or Financial Institutions
  • Wealth Management or Financial Advisory

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance)
  • CA / ICWA / CFA
  • PGDM or equivalent finance qualification

Candidates with strong banking or corporate finance experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth

  • Drive regional business growth and revenue
  • Build a strong pipeline of corporate finance and lending opportunities

Client & Partner Relationships

  • Develop relationships with banks, NBFCs, family offices, and investors
  • Build and expand a strong network of bankers and financial professionals

Deal Execution

  • Support structuring and execution of corporate debt transactions
  • Work closely with lenders and investors to close deals

Financial Solutions

  • Facilitate transactions such as:
    • Working capital limits for corporates and NBFCs
    • Structured debt solutions
    • Project finance
Team Leadership

  • Build and manage a strong regional team
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and partners

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in corporate finance, banking, or NBFCs
  • Good network within the financial services ecosystem
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and close high-value deals
  • Strong analytical and relationship-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing fintech environment
