Client : is a leading TIC service provider operating across the globe through its Line of Businesses (LoB) Assurance Services, Project Services and Certification Services.(Oil & Gas)

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Objective:-

  • To provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for the international bus...
  • To provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for the international business of Assurance Services Strategic Business Unit (SBU), driving sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership. The role is responsible for formulating business strategy, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance, developing talent, and building long-term client relationships across domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and execute the SBU’s international business strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and expansion into new markets and services.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery service.
  • Manage the SBU’s international P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client, regulatory, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and internal policies.
  • Implement risk management frameworks and ensure HSE adherence.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive safety compliance, employee engagement, training, and capability-building programs.
  • Champion innovation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
  • Represent the SBU at international industry events, forums, and client meetings.

Skill Set-

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of TIC/EPC/consulting sectors.
  • Excellent client engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Financial acumen with expertise in budgeting and P&L management.
  • Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM and business reporting tools.
  • Experience in P&L Management in international business.

Experience-

  • 20+ years of experience with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.
