Job Description
ApnaMart is building a scalable, tech-enabled, omni-channel grocery network across emerging Indian cities. This role is for builders who want to own markets, not just manage processes.
What you’ll do
- Own expansion end-to-end across a region: city selection, store launches & stabilization
- Build launch business cases and track ROI, timelines & quality
- Lead on-ground execution with Ops, Supply Chain, HR & partners
- Turn expansion learnings into repeatable playbooks
Who you are
- Post-MBA with 2–4 years of experience
- Strong execution bias with first-principles thinking
- Experience in ops, consulting, retail, logistics or high-growth startups
- Comfortable with ambiguity, travel and on-ground problem solving
- High ownership mindset — outcomes over activity
