The Alpha Group International supports SME business owners through confidential advisory boards designed to improve decision making, strengthen leadership, and accelerate business growth.
Operating internationally, The Alpha Group brings together business owners in structured monthly forums where they can share challenges, test ideas, and gain trusted insight from fellow leaders.
The Role
As a Regional Director, you will build and facilitate small advisory boards for SME business owners in your region or network.
You will guide monthly board sessions, create a trusted environment for discussion, and help members gain practical value from the experience. Once established, each board typically meets once a month for a structured session.
This role is particularly suited to established professionals who have already built credibility in business, leadership, consulting, or entrepreneurship and are now looking to channel that experience into a more strategic, high value platform.
