Regional Business Manager – Projects & Institutional Business

Location : Delhi NCR

Reporting To: Business Head / Consultant

CTC : Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives

Role Objective

Build and lead Projects & Institutional business by developing opportunities across builders, developers, premium residential societies, hospitals, educational institutions, hospitality, and corporate segments.

This is an individual contributor role responsible for establishing the vertical, creating the pipeline, and securing strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Project Sales

• Identify and develop relationships with builders and developers.
• Engage consultants, procurement teams and project stakeholders.
• Create and manage a project opportunity pipeline.

Institutional Business Development

Acquire and manage key accounts across:

• Hospitals
• Educational institutions
• Corporates
• Hospitality
• Premium residential communities

Society & Community Channel

• Develop engagement programs for RWAs and facility management companies.
• Create wellness and resident engagement initiatives that drive adoption.

Key Account Management

• Lead commercial negotiations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Ensure successful execution in coordination with internal stakeholders.
